Flexible Training Opportunities
Scottish businesses can apply for funding from Skills Development Scotland to help pay employee training costs.
The incentive, known as Flexible Training Opportunities, is aimed at small to medium sized businesses (employing up to a maximum of 100 staff).
Eligible businesses can receive financial help to pay up to 50% of the course costs up to a maximum of £1,000 for each employee (subject to terms & conditions).

No, the money is not a loan so there’s no need to pay it back.
