Payment Terms & Cancellation

Payment Terms
We can offer 30 day payment terms for bookings made by limited companies. Payment will be required within 30 days of the invoice date. If payment is not made within the agreed period then we reserve the right to charge a late payment fee of £50. Additionally, we reserve the right to charge interest at a rate of 10% on a daily basis.

If a delegate cannot attend a course then a substitute delegate may attend the same course at no additional cost.

Bookings may be cancelled more than 10 days before the course date without incurring any cancellation fee.

Bookings cancelled between 3 and 10 days before the course date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost.

Bookings cancelled within 2 days of the course date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the cost.

Non-attendance or cancellation on the day of a course will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the cost.

EC-PC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course or training session at any time. In the unlikely event of cancellation EC-PC will offer a 20% discount off any rescheduled course or training session. EC-PC will not be liable for any costs incurred due to cancellation.
